No, you shouldn't. During the project acceptance you will be provided by licensed version of the database used with all necessary documentation. You will be the owner of the database and will be able to contact the technical service of the company which developed this database directly.
8. I ordered the developing of software but there is no necessary hardware base in my company. What should I do?

We fix the faults occurred with no charge as well as in case of limited guarantee but as for the full one if these defects caused any damage for your company we are obliged to compensate it. The customer has to choose the kind of guarantee during contract concluding. However we are not responsible if the software failure or defect has been caused by premeditated acts of the user as well as by changing of the program code, hardware failures or outside manufactures software faults. These cases are subject to be considered by insurance companies.

After the first version is developed according to the description provided by the technical task you can evaluate it and make your own proposal and alterations. We also can make some insignificant alterations of the software interface with no charge within 21 working days after the costumer accepted the work.
16. Is it possible to make modifications of approved technical task on the stage of system developing?
Yes, it is. But the program execution time and its cost can be changed due to the level of initial technical task alterations. We provide insignificant alterations of program logic on this stage with no charge.
17. Is it possible to make an order to your company for software developing and to use some components of the future system provided by outside manufacturers?
Yes, it is. In this case you have to provide the components, there full user's and integration documentation as well as the document that approve their legal purchasing from the manufacture with indicating of his addresses and telephone numbers. But in this case we don't provide the full guaranty for all product as well as we don't provide guarantee for outside components functioning inside our product.
18. Do you use in your products any technologies of copy protection?
No, we don't. We use it by the costumer's request only.
